We took on the challenge to initially increase awareness and better communicate their homecare brand in Central Texas, and then later launch their expansion into hospice and VA services.

Homecare in Central Texas is fiercely competitive. We established that success would result from a multi-pronged PR approach that included:

RESULTS
This resulted in a steady cadence of work for Blue Water during their most challenging years (2021 & 2022). Hospice admissions increased 2,500% and the VA business is 7% of their total revenue and continues to grow.
They also won industry awards including Best Non-Medical Home Care provider in the Senior Resource Guide for Active Aging Adults 2021, Readers’ Choice Awards and the Best Home Health Care provider in the Hill Country News Best of the Best Awards in 2020 and 2021.
In 2022, Blue Water Homecare was voted Best Respite Care provider in the Senior Resource Guide Reader’s Choice Awards, and was a finalist in the Austin American Statesman Best of the Best Home Health Care Services category.
